Nicer weather is here and I've made a few challenges for myself this summer.
Try to bike to work more.
Walk to where I need to do my errands after work instead of drive.
Eat meals by water instead of sitting in front of the T.V.
Take a walking tour of different areas in my community at least once a week.
Little things like this can help us feel better mentally and physically. We live in a great community so lets explore it and enjoy it together!
